Tiger 2.0 Cutting, Grinding and Combination Wheels
The INOX 2.0 wheels are designed for high performance when cutting and grinding high-value stainless steel parts. Premium aluminum oxide grains provide a smooth cut rate and consistent performance. Both Tiger Ceramic and Tiger INOX wheels are contaminant-free, so they are safe to use on high-value stainless steel parts.
Tool Presetters and Software
All presetter models feature interchangeable spindles (CAT, BT, HSK, Polygonal Taper, etc.) thereby eliminating the need for adapters which introduce additional error. All units also come with fifty of the most common post processors for today's CNC controls. AJ Type Inserts
The new Neutral AJ Type inserts for non-ferrous metals join this lineup. Like their right-hand counterparts, these new inserts feature ground peripheral surface and polished rake face with a mirror-like finish for sharp cutting edges. This prevents the built-up edges to the cutting edge during machining, and achieving a high-quality, glossy finish.
EMG SORM
The system uses a confocal chromatic measurement principle, where different wavelengths of light focus at different distances, allowing for precise measurement of the strip's micro profile. This data is used to calculate key roughness parameters such as Ra (arithmetic average roughness), RPc (peak count), and Wsa (waviness).
