DoTriple-Mill | Multi-Functional Face Milling Cutter with High Rigidity

DoTriple-Mill is Tungaloy’s face milling cutter featuring a dovetail clamping system that dramatically reduces insert lift up and excessive shear force imposed on the screws during heavy duty milling. Three types of inserts fit in the same cutter body, making it the perfect cutter when various materials have to be machined and machine tool settings are limited. A bore type cutter body is available in coarse and close pitch designs, and the standard tool diameter ranges from 2.00" to 6.00" (and in metric sizes 50 to 160 mm).

Single-Sided Indexable Inserts with HU5 Geometry

These HU5 inserts can dramatically boost productivity particularly in rough machining of stainless steels and heat-resistant superalloys and secondarily in steel. They are typically used in machining AISI 316 material, Inconel 718 and titanium.

BallRoughNose - New line of indexable ball nose end mills, designed to provide maximum reliability during roughing and semi-finishing. Its dovetail clamping design prevents insert movement during demanding operations. Insert rotation is restrained by the unique locking design in the insert seat. These features boost reliability during 3D profiling or plunging. The insert’s unique hybrid design allows one side for center cutting and the other for peripheral, eliminating the need to purchase two different inserts.
