All Haas Multigrind grinding centers are available with an automatic wheel changer. This feature enables Haas customers to combine multiple, high-precision, complex grinding and milling operations into a single part clamping and single machine cycle.

Marposs has announced the availability of its Marposs/Dittel M7002/MA7002 next-generation, dual-plane balancing systems for high precision grinding machines. Relying upon a new deterministic balancing algorithm and specially designed balancing head, these new units deliver an improved balancing process with significant cycle time reduction, according to the company.

The Eldorado KM75-48 is a 3-axis gundrilling machine used to manufacture products like transmission shafts, manifolds and mold matrices. The machine includes updated Beckhoff controls with G-code programming, which provides enhanced flexibility.

Management Suite monitors machine and production in real time and delivers up-to-date information, enhancing visibility and control in manufacturing operations, reduces costly machine down-time by immediately notifying when a machine has ceased production, with reasons for the stoppage via an email or SMS to the relevant personnel.
