Fives introduces the next product out of its ID/OD line-up to the market. The Landis-Bryant UL2 is an internal high-speed production grinder, ideal for processing bores, faces and contours of bearing rings, valve lifters, gears, universal joint cups and CVJ components, especially suitable for machining workpieces with an external diameter of up to 177 mm.

The AGS (Advanced Grinding System) from Tratech Corp. is a specialty-built CNC grinding machine for the demanding needs of machining fully sintered ceramics at a competitive price point. The AGS is a 3-axis CNC machine that includes integrated coolant filtration and temperature control, as well as mist control.

The dual-station universal belt grinder from Palmgren delivers enhanced grinding and finishing productivity, all in one machine. Equipped with two belt heads, it provides optimal flexibility from roughing to intermediate grinding and blending to final finishing and polishing.

Toolmakers can now easily grind small PCD insert pockets in one simple process. The new Spindle Speed Increaser from ANCA enables customers to easily grind PCD tool blanks, allowing for greater speed and efficiency.

Built to handle general-purpose to precision finishing applications, Palmgren’s 24” high-performance disc-finishing machine completes medium to large parts fast and effectively. The disc machine can grind, deburr, contour and finish all sizes and types of workpieces including metal, wood and plastic due to its larger area of contact.

Supertec introduces three sizes of jig grinders covering a full range of capability. Models offered include the pictured JG-510M (20” x 12” x 4” x 13” X,Y,Z,W), the JG-1270CM (47” x 27” x 4” x 16”) and the JG-1010G (39” x 39” x 10” x 16”), a double-column style.

The cordless belt grinder ABC 7 from Suhner is for when you are working on applications with tight spaces. For example, in fillet welds or miters. The machine is characterized by extremely fast belt changes for grinding or polishing applications.
