Measuring/Inspecting

SPEETEC

Slip-resistant, without measuring elements, without damaging sensitive surfaces and without wear and tear on tactile sensor elements – the SPEETEC® from SICK is an innovative, non-contact sensor for speed and length measurement of objects moving in a linear path.

GARANT VG Basic

On the new GARANT VG Basic pre-setting device, both the X and Z axes can be moved by up to 400 millimeters using a pneumatic quick adjustment device. This requires a compressed air supply of at least 73 psi. When an additional fine adjustment is made, the two axes can be positioned accurately enough that the exact tool dimensions can be determined using the robust measuring system and the high-performance CMOS color camera with 17x magnification.

RS6 Laser Scanner

Built using SHINE technology (Systematic High-Intelligence Noise Elimination), the RS6 laser scanner always delivers full scanning performance, even on the most challenging surfaces. Whether it’s a glossy black plastic automotive body part or a molded carbon-fiber component, this scanner scans without any reduction in quality or productivity. Furthermore, SHINE allows users to scan 99% of parts without touching the scanner exposure.

LabAmp 5167A and 5165A Laboratory Charge Amplifiers

LabAmp 5167A and 5165A – that combine high signal quality with exceptional flexibility, state-of-the-art operability and excellent connectivity. Low noise, a broad measuring range and wide-ranging filter options open up virtually unlimited possibilities for measurements. Also, multiple LabAmp devices can be combined with one another: for example, measurement values from dynamometers can be evaluated in correlation with those from accelerometers.

AVX550 Multi-Sensor Vision System

The new Starrett AVX550 Multi-Sensor System features dual optical systems that work in tandem to measure a broad range of features. The primary zoom lens enables small intricate features to be inspected with high precision and resolution of up to 2 microns. A secondary large field-of-view camera is equipped with a telecentric lens that can simultaneously inspect large areas of a part, or an entire part itself. A broad range of zoom options also means that measurement configurations can be custom tailored to meet specific application requirements, and eliminates the need to change lenses or re-calibrate the system.

ImageIR 5300 Infrared Camera

The improved frame rate of the ImageIR 5300 ensures that users can use this model to solve a wide range of tasks in industry and science. Their modular design consisting of an optics, detector and interface module makes it easy to adapt to a wide variety of measurement scenarios. The integrated process and trigger interface enables the infrared camera to be synchronized precisely with external processes for analyses – and in the case of the ImageIR® 5300, these processes can readily be connected at maximum speeds.

RFP Fringe Probe

The RFP projects a fringe pattern onto the part surface and the probe’s camera captures the variation in fringe pattern to build a point cloud of 3D surface data. The data cloud is then evaluated by the 3D metrology software to deliver the inspection results. Non-contact structured light inspection with the RFP delivers clear advantages over traditional tactile probing techniques for freeform surfaces and complex geometry, such as additively manufactured parts, aerospace blades and blisks, automotive cylinder head combustion chambers, and delicate surfaces not suited to tactile measurement.

FTMg Multifunctional Sensor

With the measurement of compressed and non-corrosive gases, it reliably displays three parameters at once by measuring the flow, pressure, and temperature. In doing so, it saves the customer money through improved energy management with the reliable detection of leaks. This new flow sensor is also very lightweight and compact, making it ideal for installation in tight spaces.
