Collet Pad Jaws with Carbinite

Round smooth, round serrated, hex smooth, and square smooth sizes are available for W&S (all sizes), S-style (all sizes), Gisholt, Jones & Lamson, and Martin collet pad types, allowing more varied geometries can be securely gripped.  The ability to quickly change between sizes allows shops to expand their machining capabilities, increase their machine cycles by up to 30%, and maximize production.  Emergency collet pads that machine like top jaws are stocked for custom workpiece applications.

Vise Jaws

Available in 1018 steel, stainless, 6061 aluminum, or specified alloy materials, in standard or custom blanks.  Soft jaws or hardened (heat treated) jaws in HD or HDL vises.  Made in the USA in ISO 9001:2015 facilities, with industry leading lead-times.  Dillon Vise Jaws are available with industry standard hole patterns that fit most manufactured vises including Chick, Kurt, TE-Co, Toolex, and Palmgren.

Live Tooling Coupling Bolts

The coupling bolts shared a lot of engineering characteristics of their High Torque retention knobs for V-Flange tooling. Given that JMPP currently manufactures and stocks over 400 different styles of retention knobs, the ‘coupling bolt challenge’ was a good fit and melded with their production processes nicely.

AV-T-4 Table Vise

A key benefit of this vise is the simple solution it provides for integrating automated machine tending into your machine shop. Air Vise offers an electric kit that allows a cobot/robot the ability to open and close the vise by controlling the air flow. By controlling the vise the robot can place intricate and uniquely shaped parts at ease. The table vise is equipped with quick change jaws that allow jobs to be switched in a breeze. A job can be switched over in a matter of minutes by simply selecting the new jaws and mill program.
