SE12-115 Burnisher

Metabo Corp. offers the SE12-115 burnisher for finishing and polishing stainless steel and metals. Due to its extensive line of accessories, including expansion roll, sanding and abrasive belts, flap wheels, stripping wheel, burnishing rings, wire wheels, fiber brush and belt driver, the SE12-115 can be used in a variety of applications such as grinding, polishing, sanding and removing scratches and rust.

The burnisher can accommodate abrasive wheel diameters from 4 inches to 4.5 inches and widths from 58 inches to 4 inches. The new burnisher includes Metabo's VTC (Vario Tacho Constamatic) electronic speed stabilization for increased productivity under the heaviest operating conditions.

The SE12-115 features a long-lasting 10 A motor with 1,200 W of power, 98 inch-lbs of torque and a no-load speed of 900 rpm to 2,800 rpm. In addition to incorporating Metabo's unique dust-deflection winding protection grid, one of the most effective dust protection systems on the market, the SE12-115 also features overload protection, auto-stop carbon brushes and spiral bevel gears.

Safety features include double insulation that protects users against electric shock and a spindle lock that makes adjusting and removing accessories safe and easy. The SE12-115 weighs 6.6 lbs and comes standard with a carrying case, three sanding belts, an expansion roll for grinding and polishing sleeves, one set of spacer rings, a non-woven nylon wheel, a flap wheel and a spindle extension kit.
