Conquest Industries has introduced two new MAGNUM Work Holding Vises with needle bearing construction for greater clamping pressure. Over the years they have been asked to design smaller vises for multiple machine work stations in machine beds so multiple part machining would yield greater efficiencies.
Their new VI-4DOUBLE 4-Inch Double MAGNUM VISE at $703.00 list and weighing 39 pounds allows as many as four to five stations with each of two jaw openings being 4-Inches X 3-Inches. Their other MAGNUM VI-6VMAG VERSATILE CNC VISE at $515.00 list and weighing 70 pounds allows machining double the amount of parts through interlocking side by side feature with a jaw opening 6-Inches Wide X 8-¼ inches full length.
Both work holding vises have a LIFE TIME WARRANTY BEING MADE IN AMERICA having Non-Lifting Hardened Moveable Jaw Design, a Powder Coated 80,000 PSI Ductile Iron Body including Flame Hardened Vise Beds and Semi-Hardened Nickel Plated Screws. These two new heavy duty work holding vises are manufactured along with 5-Inch MAGNUM MINI-MAG, a 6-Inch MAGNUM DOUBLE MAG and 8-Inch MAGNUM with 9.85-Inch Full Length Opening.
