MAX-IMP Blasting System

February 01, 2015

Introducing Rosler's new, patented MAX-IMP system. This innovative sensor system guarantees precise, optimal blast patterns while producing the an effective and efficient blasting process, according to the company.

Whether as a retrofit or a new equipment investment, MAX-IMP is effective. A pneumatically operated sensor is mounted in the peripheral area and driven into the hotspot during the blasting process. The measured blast pattern data is available in only 3 to 5 seconds allowing analysis to take place during normal production and increase productivity. Plus, MAX-IMP virtually eliminates control cage setting errors.

Rosler's MAX-IMP sensor system also offers the shortest possible blast time durations while decreasing blast media consumption, spare parts usage and unscheduled downtime.
