Supfina Machine Co. Inc. names product engineer

Dalaney AlgiereNORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. — Supfina Machine Company, Inc., a manufacturer of surface-finishing systems and equipment, has promoted Dalaney Algiere to Product Engineer from her previous position as a Mechanical Engineer.

Algiere began her career at Supfina as an intern during the summers of 2013 and 2014, and was hired in July 2015 to work full time in the Mechanical Engineering department.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College in Grove City, Pa., in 2015, and is now pursuing a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

In addition to her regular duties, Algiere helps to run Supfina’s high school intern program and also mentors students in the North Kingstown (R.I.) High School Robotics Program.
