With over 25 years of extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, Boughter's career began in 1998, where he spent 13 years leading the CNC department at a prominent aftermarket motorcycle parts company. For the last 12 years, he was an outside sales representative for a cutting tools distributor on the West Coast.
