SwiftCARB's new SUPERBEE 180° Corner Rounding Series features precision-ground surfaces that ensure exceptional repeatability from insert to insert, according to the company.
The series is said to effortlessly switch between radius sizes within the cutter bodies' range. The 1.25" dia, two-flute 180° corner rounding cutter bodies each have a defined radius range for maximum backing and support behind the insert. The uniform positioning of the radius center line across all sizes facilitates a seamless transition between different radius sizes.
Shops can elevate operational efficiency and streamline setup with the convenience of the market's only 180° indexable corner rounder. Available in standard radii including 0.031", 0.039", 0.047", 0.062", 0.079", 0.093", 0.099", 0.118" and 0.125". For sizes not listed that fall between 0.031" and 0.125" radius, request a quote from SwiftCARB.
The new series is available in multiple grades and coatings to optimize performance based on a shop's material cutting requirements.
