Lyndex-Nikken, manufacturer and provider of high-performance machine tool accessories and machine tending solutions, expanded its sales team to "better serve the evolving needs of industry in Canada and Mexico." 

The company welcomes two seasoned professionals, Robr Hiemstra, regional sales representative for Eastern Canada and Nataly Gonzalez, regional sales representative in South Central Mexico. These additions further Lyndex-Nikken’s commitment to delivering expert knowledge, support, and quality tooling solutions to customers in these regions.

Rob Hiemstra, regional sales representative at Lyndex-Nikken, joins the sales team with extensive knowledge and leadership gained from over 25 years of manufacturing experience, specializing in tools, molds, gauges, and automation. Hiemstra’s background includes serving as sales manager and senior technical sales advisor at a midsized manufacturer where he led sales efforts across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. His expertise in developing customer relationships, managing sales teams, and delivering technical solutions has contributed to significant growth in automation and tooling sales.

Holding Ontario Journeyman Papers in Mold Making and an Ontario Teaching Certificate in Technological Studies, Hiemstra combines hands-on technical expertise with a strong ability to educate and support customers in optimizing their manufacturing processes.

With a wide background with high-performance cutting tools, Nataly Gonzalez, regional sales representative at Lyndex-Nikken, has six years of experience in sales, technical consultation, and strategic process optimization for manufacturing applications. Gonzalez holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Advanced Manufacturing. This expertise has enabled her to develop and implement innovative machining solutions that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity for clients across various industries, including Automotive and Oil and Gas. 

Throughout her career, Gonzalez has demonstrated a deep understanding of machining tool selection, focusing on maximizing performance, improving product quality, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
