Without the right fixturing, you aren’t making the most of your 5-axis investment. BIG KAISER’s Unilock 5-axis modular system fits seamlessly onto machine tables.

Modular clamping components allow for fine-tuning of stack height via a variety of standard products, as well a variety of soft-state, modifiable reductions for ultimate height customization, according to the company. The universal clamping knobs install directly onto the part, providing uninhibited access. Knob mounting options include versions for T-slots, shoulder screws and standard fasteners.
