The original version of the application only worked with the robots of three well-known  manufacturers. The latest version of SprutCAM Tech's Robot Calibration app now supports TCP calibration for the following robot brands: FANUC, Kuka, CRP, Denso, Dobot, Estun, Hiwin, Hyundai, Motoman, Newker, Manutec, Nachi, OTC Daihen and Turin.

The clamps provide quick, secure, and precise workpiece workholding and are manufactured to the highest quality specifications. The product mix includes many clamp accessories such as mounting brackets, adaptors, bars and caps. In both mini and heavy-duty styles, the various clamp configurations provide clamping forces from as little as 2 lb. on a toggle switch to as much as 9,000 lb. on a side clamp and come with a variety of handle materials from steel to plastic.

SP140 and K02 are part of the vast ZPS offering which uses either pneumatic or hydraulic modules to fix, position, and clamp all in one step. Additionally, ZPS ensures repeatability of up to 0.0002”, and reduces cycle times by up to 90%. Users quickly and accurately locate and clamp vises or fixtures, or if preferred, attach retention studs to workpieces and then direct mount components for machining or welding, avoiding potential interference from jaws or clamps.

The sliding locks are particularly ideal for clamping in tight areas with non-swiveling handles. The body is made from nickel-plated 1045 steel. The handle is made from nickel-plated 4140 alloy steel, quenched and tempered. The push bar is made from 1045 steel.

Waterjet cutting works as simply as it is effective: the cutting head directs a fine jet of water at high pressure of up to 6,000 bar, a jet diameter of 0.38 to 1.02 millimeters. In this stress-free cutting process, the material particles close to the surface are cut off without any heat being introduced into the material. This process is an optimal solution for temperature-sensitive and thick materials with complex geometries.

The QC16 line offers toolholders with 16x16 mm square shanks and the matching modular cutting heads. The compact stainless steel adjustable bracket can be installed into a customer’s process. Operations requiring both hands to package, test or assemble parts now remain static free. The nozzle is equipped with an LED indicator to assure proper functionality while employing EXAIR-engineered air nozzles to maximize efficiency and meet OSHA requirements for sound level and dead-end pressure. Made from durable static dissipative polycarbonate and featuring a non-marring nozzle, the Intellistat assures its usefulness in applications such as PCB or electronics manufacturing.

PunchDrill features patent-pending geometry with an innovative chip breaker which produces short chips to control machining forces. The new drill also has newly developed surface treatments and a hard diamond-like coating specially designed for this application to provide reliable chip removal and increased process reliability. When high-speed PunchDrill is used at the recommended feed and speed, axial force is reduced by half.

The height of the frame is based on the size of the part. The components present in the set permit a maximum set-up height of 300 millimetres. With add-on sets, the frame height can be extended in increments of 100 or 200. The part to be measured is held within the frame by hinged brackets.
