The WNN15 grade delivers outstanding process reliability and long tool life, even at extremely high cutting speeds. This means that it makes indexable insert drilling more cost-effective than comparable PCD tools with immediate effect. The indexable insert drills offer the advantage of multiple indexing which means that the tool can be used again immediately and with comparably lower costs and less time required. Worn indexable inserts can be replaced quickly and easily.

The Base Master lineup is used with all types of machines and materials, including non-conductive cutting tools, workpieces and machine tools. Quickly measure workpiece offsets, tool lengths and cutting edges with zero risk of damage or breakage at submillimeter levels when needed.

The front-mount option is available for inclusion on a total of four manual clamps that can be used with both vertical and horizontal handle action. The two vertical operating models – 2002-UF and 2007-UF – provide enlarged space for manual operations and increased safety. The horizontal versions – models 225-UF and 235-UF – have a flat design that creates space for larger hand clearance, which improves operational safety.

Parylene is the ultimate protective coating, and is used for customers that require protection of equipment, components, and surfaces in a range of end-use applications. Parylene is a hydrophobic polymer which is lightweight and can be applied as an extremely thin homogeneous film. This film is absolutely smooth and totally transparent, and does not cause any unwanted effects such as surface tension and distortion. The coating provides incredible resistance to aggressive media and liquid hydrocarbons, and can also be used as a diffusion barrier to gases.

The system comprises an ultra-compact RMI-QE radio interface with an updated communication protocol, as well as major updates to the complete range of market-leading radio transmission probes. Just like the TungMeister’s barrel milling heads, AddForceBarrel provides much greater engagement area between the cutting edge and workpiece when compared with conventional ballnose end mills. Greater engagement area enables larger stepovers, which improves metal removal rates for reduced number of cutter passes and cycle times.

Receiving the most extensive quality enhancements is the Model 802-U Manual Clamp. The updates include an upgraded air cylinder that ensures the clamp’s exerting force is less than the maximum holding capacity when operated at normal pressure, which extends service life; new composite bearings on the trunnion mount and cylinder pivot point that eliminate metal-to-metal contact while requiring no lubrication; and a redesigned clevis bolt, along with increased rivet and pre-stop diameters that increase longevity.

This AMO speed sensor includes a USB interface which allows the operating status of the spindle to output to the machine control.  This enables the user to record rotational speed, operating time, temperature and more. Put these factors together, and overall performance and uptime expectations are optimized.

Cosen Saws G320 features a hydraulic dual column design and a capacity of 12.8" x 15". It is one of the smartest saws available right now and features Smart NC-100 (SNC-100) technology and V_Drive built in. ANCA has designed a special dental drill loading kit including tailored RoboMate pallets for FX machines using a Fanuc 200iD robot loader. The pallet top allows a reduction of the insertion depth of the shank with an 8mm pocket depth, so that drills with only 10mm of available shank length can be loaded. The robot grippers have also been modified for the reduced thickness of medical tools. The medical gripper can accommodate Ø2-10mm x 100mm with a maximum head diameter of 14mm.

The MP060 face milling cutter with a great number of teeth (z) between 10 and 22, and with diameters from 40 mm, can be used for roughing and finishing large surfaces and flat shoulders. The MP160 (z = 3–4) and MP260 (z = 2–3) shoulder and slot milling cutters, with either cylindrical shank or ScrewFit adaption and diameters of 16–40 mm and 4–20 mm respectively, are suitable for smaller flat surfaces, for plunging (MP260) and full slotting, as well as, in the case of the MP160, ramping, drilling and re-drilling work. All three milling cutters are equipped with internal coolant supply and can be used with emulsions and minimum quantity lubrication.

Like its predecessor, the new TNL12 features four tool carriers that can be applied to a workpiece simultaneously, albeit with significant changes to the machine’s kinematics. While the front-working attachment and counter spindle were previously arranged on a single slide, they are now housed on separate slides. This eliminates potential interdependence between front-end and counter spindle machining, allowing for much greater flexibility in programming.
