Turn-Assist features an open-floor setup and area sensors to maximize operator safety and accessibility, while a pre-programmable FANUC robot loads blanks and unloads finished parts from the stocking table. Collet for Internal Clamping
Users can machine this collet attachment to adapt it to match the internal contour of the workpiece they are clamping. However, what makes this new exhibit from AMF so special is that no through holes are needed in the workpiece to achieve safe internal clamping. With mechanical lateral actuation, workpieces with a blind hole can also be clamped securely and without distortion.

FixRMill
FixRMill uses round inserts for machining dies and molds, especially complex male-female main parts such as cavities and projections. The round inserts feature anti-rotation notches on the insert clearance side and matching locations on the pocket seats. These notches not only prevent the insert from rotating under heavy load but also help the operator to get a true, distinct index every time he/she goes for a new edge, allowing all of the insert to be utilized.

Quick Load Servo 105 Automatic Bar Feeder
An advanced touchscreen HMI enables automatic, partial changeovers in 15 seconds or less, and one minute or less for complete changeovers. Additionally, the user-friendly HMI uses QR codes for easy servicing, forecasting tools and a 500-part setup library. The bar feeder's newly designed main cover lifts upward for easier access.
Laser Contour Check
The blue laser, paired with an intelligent measuring system, provides high-precision measurement of various tool parameters on cylindrical tools with diameters from one to 52 mm. Since it does not contact the surface, the Laser Contour Check avoids possible damage to cutting edges or measuring errors that can occur due to wear on the probe tip during tactile measurements.
