BA W03-22 CNC Machining Center and BA Profile

With its high precision and efficiency, the two-spindle BA W03-22 CNC machining center is ideal for producing high-quality work products in medium and large series for the automotive industry. The BA profile machine concept can easily mill profiles of various materials up to a length of 2,500 mm, for applications in the truck and automotive industries, amongst others.

P8000 Stepper Drive

The P80360 drive is fully programmable via an intuitive graphical user interface and programming language, available within the Kollmorgen Space software package offered as a free download on the Kollmorgen website. Using these tools, engineers can create simple point-to-point movements as well as linked motion sequences with ease. The versatility and functionality of the P80360 programming software eliminates the need for an external PLC or indexer to perform single-axis motion control, reducing overall system cost. 

CAM Assist

CAM Assist uses advanced computational optimisation and AI inference techniques to rapidly determine a professional strategy and toolset needed to manufacture a part, along with the most appropriate cutting speeds and feeds from the user’s library. As a result, a Fusion 360 user can today upload a 3D model of a 3-axis component and the software determines the best milling tools needed from those available, and how they will be used. In seconds, CAM Assist drafts the code required to instruct a CNC machine how to make it, within the user’s existing CAM platform. 

OSP-P500

The OSP-P500 is fully equipped with Digital Twin Technology, a technology that enables high-precision machining simulations to be created on a computer, while also providing real-time data feedback loops from the operational machine tool to the simulating computer. This feature allows operators to utilize real-time data to mirror exact machine tool functions and behaviors to optimize performance. 

Manufacturing Data Exchange Specification (MDES)

MDES is an open data exchange specification for the manufacturing industry. It is designed to increase the interoperability of different hardware and software systems across all stages of the product lifecycle, from design and planning to production and quality control. The free-to-use specification enables any company to adopt MDES as a universal language for the digital representation of machining assets such as tool components, assemblies, fixtures, stocks, and setups as well as their mounting in machine tools.

NCT200 CNC Rotary Table

Unique to Nikken rotary tables is the innovative and patented carbide worm system comprised of a carbide worm screw, ion nitrided worm wheel (HV930), and hardened steel bearing surface (HRC58-60). The V grade solid carbide worm screw helps to ensure high rigidity and virtually eliminates wear. Compared with traditional worm system combinations (consisting of phosphorus bronze and aluminum bronze), wear is reduced by up to 8 times, and overall accuracy is substantially increased. Additionally, the worm wheel has specially hardened, ion-nitrided treated teeth that eliminate sliding friction.

TriLock 3-in-1 Vise

TriLock vises with CARVESMART jaws are on sale now with preinstalled hard jaws and a set of 6" extruded machinable aluminum jaws. Additional jaw extrusions are available with 5 different profile options in precut 4-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch widths. Jaw extrusions are compatible with the TriLock vise’s dovetail movable jaws and with other CARVESMART master jaw kits currently in the marketplace (at right). 31" and 94" extrusions are also available for customers.

MiConnect Technology
