Milling Machines

Combination Bench Lathe and Mill

The 11-inch bench engine lathe and gear head mill is able to handle a wide range of turning, milling and drilling operations typically found on much larger machinery. Constructed from heavy cast iron, its smooth power transmission with precision thrust and ball bearings in the head stock and spindles are designed to provide years of trouble-free operation.

MultiTHREAD Thread Mills

MultiTHREAD Thread Mills feature a proprietary TIN T21 coating developed by EMUGE, which reduces chip welding and improves chip evacuation. MultiTHREAD Thread Mills also allow one tool to thread both through and blind holes and make right or left-hand threads. Two types of sub-micro grain carbide thread mills are offered – full form or single plane.

Mikron MILL P 800 and 900

The Mikron MILL P 800 U S allows shops to machine components fully on a single machine and eliminate transfer-related part errors, along with stacked tolerances, for enhanced quality of finished parts. This scalable solution is perfectly suited for automation, with a smaller footprint compared to the Mikron MILL P 800 U. This makes it the ideal machine when using two machines or more. It has a maximum loading capability of 1,000 kg (2,204.62 lbs) and is suitable for heavy roughing to fine finishing.

CoroMill MH20

The CoroMill MH20 complements existing products in the CoroMill range, and fills a strategic gap in the high feed indexable milling product line. Designed to deliver reliability with minimal vibration, the CoroMill MH20 has been adapted for applications where components are notoriously difficult to machine, such as in the oil and gas, mold and die and aerospace sectors.

Mikron MILL E 500 U and CUT AM 500

The Mikron MILL E 500 U’s powerful 20,000-rpm Step-Tec spindle tackles both rough milling and drilling operations and increases metal removal rates by 20 percent over previous models. Its rigid, stable C-frame cast iron construction reduces vibrations for increased precision and repeatability, while large guideways, a double side-supported rotary table and optimized chip evacuation enhance reliability and part quality. Designed specifically for the additive manufacturing process, the CUT AM 500 horizontal wire EDM makes it easier than ever to quickly separate additively manufactured metal parts from build plates while maintaining geometrical accuracy and ensuring assembly readiness.

MAXXTURN 65 G2

The core of the machine is the 40° inclined bed. Designed as an extremely rigid and compact welded steel construction, it is the basis for a robust and precise lathe. Reinforcements provide additional rigidity in zones exposed to higher stress. As a further development of the MAXXTURN 65 G1, the machine impresses with its modern and innovative design. The optimised integration of the chip conveyor ensures compact dimensions. Instead of belt drives, spindle motors are used on the main and counter spindles, which ensures a particularly wide speed range of up to 5000 rpm and extremely good concentricity properties.

FZP Machine Line

The "lightest" machine in the FZP line is the new FZP32 with a working range of up to X = 10, Y = 4 and Z = 2.5 meters (393” x 157” x 98”). The user can machine block materials, plastics, as well as CFRP, GFRP and aluminum, among other materials. Due to the large working area, it is also possible to mill components completely without reclamping. "The modular design of the machine offers the possibility to consider different options.
