ModuleWorks, a software provider for the CAD/CAM industry, has partnered with DN Solutions, a CNC machine tool builder, involving equity investment and business cooperation.
The collaboration will foster a close working relationship between the two companies, focusing on the joint development of machine tool software and the creation of integrated solutions to drive the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.
DN Solutions leverages the specialized software development resources provided by ModuleWorks to enhance the pace of developing intelligent, highly automated machining cycles and user-assisted solutions within its diverse range of machining applications.
