FS8025 flying-optic CO2 laser

July 01, 2010

The FS8025 flying-optic CO2 laser cutting system from Han-Kwang USA Inc. is its largest model to date. The system has dual shuttle tables, each measuring 26' long × 8' wide. The cutting head can cover an entire worktable area without repositioning the table in process, according to the company. That reduces cycle times and eliminates inaccuracies that result from in-process table repositioning. A 2.5kW, 4kW or 6kW Panasonic laser resonator powers the FS8025.
