LNA Laser Technology introduces a new laser marking system, Model MP2. The MP2, all-in-one DPSS laser marking system is ideal for applications that require high resolution and where high-speed throughput isn’t required.
The system includes a diode-pumped solid state (DPSS) laser, laser beam scanning optics (galvanometer), control electronics and marking software. Simply load the software onto a PC, plug the system in and you are ready to make your mark. The laser provides a pulse duration of 3nsec, high peak power of 30kW and runs on 24 VDC (6 Amps). The 1064nm infrared wavelength is well-suited for laser marking a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics and some organics, and can be used in any industry. An optional laser safe enclosure is available.
