Lyndex-Nikken, manufacturer and provider of high-performance machine tool accessories, announces the promotion of two employees to regional sales managers.
Nick Carlozzi has been promoted to regional sales manager for Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Fletcher Poland has been promoted to regional sales manager for Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
According to a company statement, both Carlozzi and Poland have extensive expertise in the machine tool industry, excel in servicing customers in their previous positions as regional sales representatives with Lyndex-Nikken, and have exhibited superior leadership to the overall sales team. Both of them will be hiring regional sales representatives in their territories to expand their teams. This expansion of our sales team demonstrates our commitment to further support customers in these states.
Carlozzi has been in the machine tool industry for over 35 years – and with Lyndex-Nikken for 6 of those years. His career started in high school by working at a job shop, then advanced to be a CNC machinist, went to machine trade vocational school, managed two job shops for 14 years, and sold machine tools for 6 years.
Poland has been in sales for machine tools and machine tool accessories for 11 years – and with Lyndex-Nikken for 6 of those years. He grew up in a machine shop that was managed by his father and before that managed by his grandfather. So, it was only natural for him to choose a career in manufacturing.
“The regional sales manager promotions of Nick (Carlozzi) and Fletcher (Poland) will further enable us to help customers solve their machining challenges with optimal solutions that drive ROI for our customers,” said Harry Kirihara, president of Lyndex-Nikken.
