For proper material preparation The KBC Pneumatic Hand Chamfering Tool allows you to remove burrs easily and quickly to create a uniform edge with repeatable accuracy up to almost 1mm depth, prepare metal for welding jobs and clean them up after, and a host of other needs in the machine shop or on site.  The bearing runs along the edge of the surface while two carbide inserts chamfer the edge for smooth results.  (Replacement standard triangular tip carbide inserts, TCMT-09T3, are available.)

Squich HNM (High Number of Mating) inserts are designed to maximize ease of use while minimizing maintenance downtime. These rectangular inserts feature special contacts with galvanic high-performance gold plating and lubrication, which allow up to 10,000 mechanical mating cycles when installed in compatible HNM enclosures. In addition, the Squich spring clamp technology with actuator buttons provides not only fast & reliable wiring but also high resistance to vibration from industrial applications.

KCK20B and KCKP10 are suitable for wet or dry cuts. These include rotor hubs used in windmills, pump housings, steering knuckles and gear housings for heavy equipment, and automotive components like crankshafts and cylinder heads. While KCK20B delivers higher productivity in roughing and semi-finishing operations, KCKP10 is applicable for finishing operations, but also works exceptionally well when profiling and copy milling cast iron and steels up to 45HRC.

The special profile of EMUGE SELF-LOCK threads allows an even distribution of stress over the entire thread length, eliminating slippage. Compared with standard threads, EMUGE SELF-LOCK internal threads show constant, maximum holding power under dynamic stress. Functions remain in good operation even with repeated loosening and re-tightening of the thread connection. The locking effect is caused by the ramp-shaped surface integrated into the thread profile,

Eriez Round Spout Separators are available with manual easy-to-clean or automatic easy-to-clean functionality.  The manual easy-to-clean design provides for a push/pull operation to strip accumulated tramp metal from the grates without physically handling the magnet. Developed in collaboration with global motor manufacturers, HEIDENHAIN’s new PressFit encoders include a “PressFit” flange that can be secured in a motor housing through a frictional connection, using a specially designed tolerance sleeve.  This innovative system promises to support automation efforts by easing mounting requirements, leading to less mounting time being required.

Renderings are amazingly similar to conventional product photography and are more cost-effective in the medium term. Once CAD data from the design department is available, it can be used in further iterative processes in the future in a cost-saving manner.

By detecting logical anomalies in images, HALCON 22.05 opens up completely new application areas and represents a further development of the deep learning technology of anomaly detection. Until now, it has only been possible to detect structural anomalies strictly on a local level. The new Global Context Anomaly Detection feature is currently the only technology that can “understand” the logical content of the entire image.

These indexable turning inserts are designed for applications where a soft cut and high precision is required.  Long tool life is achieved through the WEP10C coated cermet grade with multilayer PVD TiCN TiAlN coating and extra fine cermet substrate grain. Turning threads on hardened parts can be a challenge when using coated cemented carbide inserts: the cutting edge rapidly wears out before finishing the entire thread profiles, inhibiting greater feed rates and D.O.Cs. to be applied for increased productivity. Of all Tungaloy CBN grades, BX330 provides the cutting edge with the most balanced combination of wear and fracture resistance, making the grade suitable for withstanding continuous and heavy cutting loads inherent in the thread turning method for hardened parts.
