Anticorrosion coatings formulated for specific metal needs
The metal coatings industry is dominated by large corporations that provide a wide selection of outstanding paints but may be too rigid to cater to special application needs. Every coating application has specific parameters, but if the coating does not work properly straight out of the drum, the end user is out of luck.
IMCO POW-R-FEED M936 & M936C
Whether you're using low-horsepower equipment, high-speed machining centers or a 5-axis machine, POW-R-FEED M936 cutters give you the power to get more production out of every machine, every shift, every day.
Modular Reference Frame
The height of the frame is based on the size of the part. The components present in the set permit a maximum set-up height of 300 millimetres. With add-on sets, the frame height can be extended in increments of 100 or 200. The part to be measured is held within the frame by hinged brackets.
Modular Cutting Heads and Inserts
DoMultiRec multifunctional milling cutter with center cutting capability enables a single tool to perform multiple milling operations, including shouldering, pocketing, and drilling. The DoMultiRec inserts to ensure strong and sharp cutting edges during various milling and drilling operations.
EasyNest Online
EasyNest Online software works automatically while allowing users to manage specific situations, guiding them in order to guarantee smooth program execution. Users can create a ready-to-cut nest and generate NC code for tool paths in minutes and without any training. EasyNest Online is available through the password protected InduSuite.com application interface.
