Compact Linear Systems
Thomson compact linear systems are appropriate for applications requiring high-accuracy linear axes in confined spaces, such as 3D printers, microscope stage managers, medical pipetting systems and semiconductor manufacturing. They are available with NEMA motor sizes between 14 and 23; stroke lengths of up to 40 in (1000 mm); and load capacities up to 2091 lbs (9300 N).
Tool Caddy
The horizontal arrangement of the tool pockets greatly improves machinist safety. Traditional tool racks and carts keep tools in a vertical position with the cutter tip pointing up. This creates a risk of injury for operators when they need to reach over sharp edges to access other tools in the middle or back of the cart.
China overtakes the United States in robot density
China's massive investment in industrial robotics has put the country in the top ranking of robot density, surpassing the United States for the first time.
Online Robot Library
The online Robot library now includes 675 components from brands such as KUKA, Fanuc, ABB, TeknoMotor, AMB (Kress), SCHUNK, OnRobot, Joulin, Schmalz, Regal, Universal Robots, Güdel, Meltio, among others.
Compu-Lube
Compu-Lube is engineered using Tufoil® Technology. Solvent-free, Compu-Lube is a super low friction, low wear, low viscosity lubricant that uses very small PTFE particles to get between the finest working surfaces. It is suitable for plastic-on-plastic and plastic-on-metal as well as metal-on-metal contacts.
ULTRA X6000 High-Accuracy Laser System
The 150 watt laser expands the available CO2 laser source options for the ULTRA X6000 from 10 to 75 watts to 10 to 150 watts. A maximum of 300 watts of 10.6 µm CO2 laser power can be achieved when the ULTRA X6000 is configured with two 150 watt 10.6 µm CO2 lasers.
DB131/DB133 Micro Carbide Drills
A new type of flute design reliably evacuates chips, even with the tinniest drills. This capability ensures that hole depths up to 30 × Dc can be easily achieved with the DB133 Supreme micro drill with its 140° point angle. The DB131 Supreme micro pilot drill features a 150° point angle.
BOLT Earmuffs
Providing a better fit for the user, the BOLT™ Earmuffs are designed with an adjustable center mount, allowing the earmuff to swivel up and down to fit different head shapes and sizes. Engineered with a balanced wear design, the BOLT™ Earmuffs have a 360-degree rotational arm that pivots for multiple storage positions when not in use.
