RoboCell Robot Cell

The Fastems RoboCell One sets new standards in relation to extremely adaptable and flexible machining, particularly heavy workpieces within batches of different sizes. The easy-to-configure robot cell is primarily designed for handling heavy workpieces weighing up to 176 lbs. (80 kg) and for automating up to two machine tools of the same type – either lathes or milling machines. The solution consequently comes into its own at the point where existing automation systems reach their limits solely due to the maximum weight of the workpiece.

FE060-25-EM Servo Drive

The FE060-25-EM is the first servo drive of the new FlexPro digital drive family from ADVANCED Motion Controls (AMC). Designed with compact form and power density in mind, the micro-sized FE060-25-EM can outperform larger-sized digital servo drives and still be integrated into tight spaces.

Automated Part Clamping

When an equipment manufacturer wanted to automate part clamping for a high-volume casting to be machined in a robot attended machining cell they turned to Kurt Workholding custom engineers for support. After reviewing the initial machining cell and part requirements, Kurt engineers drew upon past workholding experience and designs along with some new developing ideas in air powering workholding systems.

EtherCat Compatible Version of E-727 Digital Piezo Controller Family
