Ideal for the robotic deburring and finishing of precision stainless steel parts, they last up to five times longer than unitized wheels, claims the firm.

Comparable to conventional 5-9 density unitized wheels, Rex-Cut Smooth Touch Type 1 Deburring Wheels are designed for use at up to 30,000 RPM, depending upon diameter and thickness. Available in coarse, medium, and fine grits in 2"-, 3"-, 4"- and 6"-dia. sizes, ¹⁄₈, ¼" and ½" thick, they can be dressed and used for a wide variety of finishing applications.
