GN 119.3 Door Locking Mechanisms

October 01, 2014

J.W. Winco Inc. announced it offers GN 119.3 door locking mechanisms with cabinet U-handle in metric sizes.

These RoHS-compliant door-locking mechanisms are used when the application requires both a locking mechanism and a handle. The cabinet U-handle with integrated lock is an attractively designed and cost-effective solution. Locking mechanisms have a drawing range of 10mm. Locking is achieved by turning the door lock clockwise.

The U-handle is made of zinc die cast, with a black or silver powder coated textured finish. The cam is stamped sheet steel, with a zinc plated, blue passivated finish. Lock housing and spindle are zinc-plated steel with a blue passivated finish. The spacer bushing is aluminum.

Performed on lathes, turning centers, chucking machines, automatic screw machines and similar machines.
