Quadro Turnstile for RoundTrack 40 System

STROTHMANN now also offers quadro turnstiles for the RoundTrack 40 system. Each turntable has a 10 ton payload, allowing up to 40 tons to be transported via the crossing. The rotating mechanism for changing the travel direction consists of four small turntables installed in the floor which are combined with rotating wheel sets on the trolley. Changes of direction are effected either via a drive in the trolley or pneumatically at the turnstile.

Both motor-driven and manual versions have already successfully proven themselves in customer applications. An optional pivoting transport drive enables the trolleys to autonomously move in all directions. The new addition concludes the development of quadro turnstiles for the full RoundTrack range.
