NuSol Lubriform Superior

December 13, 2012

NuSol Lubriform Superior is a new forming technology that Chemtool Inc. has introduced to the metal forming industry for the forming of ferrous metals and exotic alloys. NuSol Lubriform Superior is formulated for today's competitive forming environment which demands one forming fluid for all operations.

NuSol Lubriform Superior is manufactured using a proprietary blending process that incorporates into the product many unique characteristics that will promote high productivity rates and minimal downtime for the end user, according to the company. It is formulated using a blend of unique preformed emulsions that possess a very small particle size (average particle size of 1µm) which demonstrate outstanding boundary lubrication. This small particle size provides a very durable and uniform lubricant film, enhanced wetting and coverage, a clean running fluid, and exceptional hard water stability for enhanced forming performance on ferrous alloys.

NuSol Lubriform Superior preformed emulsions are further complemented with the presence of boundary lubrication agents which offer enhanced wetting, film strength and balanced lubrication. NuSol Lubriform Superior also contains low levels of chlorine and sulfur (non-active) for demanding forming operations. NuSol Lubriform Superior can also be used as a metalworking fluid for facilities looking to consolidate forming and machining fluids to one choice, NuSol Lubriform Superior.

NuSol Lubriform Superior FEATURED BENEFITS:
