BIG KAISER has introduced a new Chip Blower designed to make removing chips and coolant from parts and machine tables fast and easy.

In order to offer more flexibility to customers, BIG KAISER has moved production of its CAT50 milling adapters to the U.S. The product performance and design will not change, but the move allows for more variation and faster delivery of special lengths for specific applications.

BIG KAISER has two powerful accessories crafted to improve in-process efficiency: ChipFans and T-slot covers. When used together with a machine that delivers on speed and accuracy, these accessories help machines reach maximum levels of productivity—even during downtime.

EXAIR’s new 1/2 NPT No Drip Internal Mix Atomizing Spray Nozzles work in the same way the company's standard atomizing nozzles do, but have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when compressed air is shut off. Internal Mix Atomizing Spray Nozzles mix liquid and air inside the nozzle and produce the finest atomization of liquids up to 300 centipoise.

Mitee-Bite Products introduces the TalonGrip long-length serrated grip. The new grips were produced as a “drop fit” into the original 6" TalonGrip jaw set and provide line contact the full length of a workpiece. The standard TalonGrip grips are popular due to being compact (0.750” or 19 mm) long and designed to be placed anywhere in jaw whenever specific tooling clearance is required.

The L.S.
