The CoroMill MR80 assortment offers cylindrical and arbor cutter bodies, with diameters from 32 to 100 mm, 3 to 12 cutting teeth and even pitch and shim protection. All cutter bodies feature internal coolant supply. The double-sided E-L50 inserts offer true and easy indexing (6 + 6), with a 3 mm recommended depth of cut.

The recently launched tools, toolholders and chipbreakers move manufacturers toward better results easier, more quickly and with cost savings. These inserts have 4 types of cutting geometries for machining different materials under diverse cutting conditions: T - Steel, ferritic and martensitic stainless steel, cast iron and hardened steel. HP - Austenitic stainless steel and high temperature alloys. RM-T - Interrupted cut for machining near straight wall shoulders of steel, ferritic and martensitic stainless steel, cast iron, and hardened steel. RM-HP - Interrupted cut for machining near straight wall shoulders of austenitic stainless steel and high temperature alloys. 

Deep drills with a 3 cutting edged insert (other manufacturers only offer inserts with 1 or 2 cutting edges). Highly accurate peripherally ground insert, provides high hole diameter accuracy of IT10.
The chip splitter produces narrow chips for efficient chip evacuation, enabling high feed rates.

The double-sided CXMG inserts operate similarly to CCMT positive inserts and can therefore replace standard CCMT inserts. In some applications, they can also replace standard negative CNMG inserts.

Both WKP01G and WPP05G grades are ideal for continuous cutting and occasional interrupted cuts in high tensile materials (approx. 280-410 HB or 130-200 ksi). Ideal applications include large-scale production of components for the automotive and energy industries, such as gearboxes, gears and rotor hubs, as well as forged shafts for general mechanical engineering and wheel sets for the rail industry.

The PR18 Series incorporates proprietary MEGACOAT NANO EX coating technology, setting a new standard for wear resistance and durability. By using a unique double lamination technique with special nano multi- layers for abrasion, wear, and heat resistance, this coating surpasses conventional grades, delivering superior performance and extending the lifespan of the tools.

DX200 directly binds the diamond particles without using binder materials. This allows the grade to have an extremely pure cutting edge, making it an extremely effective tool for machining application-specific components that demand high levels of material purity, such as metal medical implants and sputtering targets for semiconductor applications.

The global manufacturer has added five variants of square shaped positive inserts for depths of cut up to 6.4 mm to its Pramet brand. The range is suitable for a variety of general engineering and maintenance and repair operations (MRO) machining, with several application-specific geometries and grades available for machining any workpiece material.
