TungMeister is designed to reduce a significant amount of tool changeover time through the ability to replace used heads instead of an entire tool. Since it takes no more than one minute for tool exchange, setup time can significantly be reduced to as short as one tenth of the time it would typically take to replace solid carbide end mills for maximum productivity and cost effectiveness. With over 13,000 possible head-shank combinations available, TungMeister can readily provide tooling flexibility that enables users to find a solution for almost every application. 

The additional cutter designs feature a smaller 5mm D.O.C. insert size with the same cost-efficient, double-sided, 6-edge design from the M-SIX line. The M-Six double-sided, 6-edge insert milling cutters with tough cutting edge due to wide design.

With fixed and adjustable pocket seats, the new milling cutter provides the option for semi-finishing as well as fine-finishing applications, exceeding the highest surface quality requirements. With carbide, ceramic and PcBN inserts, this new tool is a flexible, cost-effective and user-friendly solution that is ideal for any type of CNC machining center. 

With this collaboration, Mastercam users can download both inch and metric SGS round solid carbide cutting tool libraries from the Mastercam Tech Exchange. The native Mastercam 3D tool databases are fully compatible with Mastercam 2020 and subsequent releases. These offer the latest KSPT innovations and SGS product introductions, including their latest Z-Carb HPR roughing line and H-Carb end mills for Dynamic Milling.

MillQuadFeed is a new generation of high feed milling cutters, offering two options of insert geometries that cover various high feed milling application needs. Versatile ZER geometry generates light cutting load at great depths of cut, enabling increased cutting depths and reduced number of machining passes. This is particularly effective to boost productivity in challenging rough milling operations of cast iron where a cutting depth can greatly vary on a single working surface.

The MEAS provides you with a broad range of applications from facing, shouldering, slotting, and profiling to pocketing, ramping and plunging. The sharp insert designs feature Kyocera’s proprietary hydrogen-free DLC coated PDL025 grade to maintain excellent wear resistance in aluminum.

The MC025 Advance is available in diameters from 1/8-1 in. (1-25 mm). A single grade is offered for universal applications for steel, stainless steel, cast iron and materials with difficult cutting properties as well as its ability to lower inventory costs.The MD025 Supreme solid carbide milling cutter boasts a high number of teeth for maximum productivity and high-feed face geometry. It is ideal for use on complex components.
