MillQuadFeed is a new generation of high feed milling cutters, offering two options of insert geometries that cover various high feed milling application needs. Versatile ZER geometry generates light cutting load at great depths of cut, enabling increased cutting depths and reduced number of machining passes. This is particularly effective to boost productivity in challenging rough milling operations of cast iron where a cutting depth can greatly vary on a single working surface.

MC025 Advance and MD025 Supreme Solid Carbide Milling Cutters

The MC025 Advance is available in diameters from 1/8-1 in. (1-25 mm). A single grade is offered for universal applications for steel, stainless steel, cast iron and materials with difficult cutting properties as well as its ability to lower inventory costs.The MD025 Supreme solid carbide milling cutter boasts a high number of teeth for maximum productivity and high-feed face geometry. It is ideal for use on complex components.

New Light Cutting Face Mill Increases Productivity in Low HP Machines

Tungaloy's TungEight-Mill face milling cutter is for extremely light cutting with low power consumption, perfect for low rigidity and low horsepower machines with a BT-30 connection.
