SurTec 414 Neutral Activator

As an alternative to mineral acids, the  SurTec 414 neutral activator is able to remove efficiently rust and scales, e.g. after deburring processes and offers additional advantages for the operator. The product is nonhazardous, which means easy handling and higher workplace safety, according to the company.

Due to the elimination of the neutralizing step, the process sequence is shorter, easier to control and more cost-effective; sludge formation does not occur. The neutral pH-value allows the application in standard cleaning equipment, which is used, for example, for recycling of motor components. Oil carbon and corrosion residues can be removed without an attack on the base material mix (iron, aluminum, nonferrous metals, plastics).
