Deburring Systems

The key to success when individually deburring parts from bulk goods is the use of intelligent automation systems in connection with precise and accurate cleaning and deburring technology. Strama-MPS offers both main areas of expertise required for maximum outputs, i.e. automation and cleaning, and links them with reliable processes for superior cleaning and deburring results.

The company’s systems are able to simultaneously deburr 24 microcomponents at an accuracy of ±20 µm by using highly accurate high-pressure jetting technology. In the pictured example, 2mm rotation needles are inserted in the 3mm bores of six separate components in a simultaneous and noncontact operation.
