The carabiner and lanyard kit removes the potential of dropping items in areas with an increased safety risk, or above environments where retrieval would be time consuming, difficult or impossible. The Oil Skimmer squeezes oil between rollers, a method of stripping the oil from the belt that does not require scraping. This skimmer is designed for use on large machine tools with tanks deeper than two feet. The Oil Skimmer Jr. is designed for machine tools with shallow tanks.

Known as NUMcad, this drawing software runs directly from the machine’s operator panel and also under Windows on any standard PC. Its user interface mimics that of many popular CAD packages and is highly intuitive, making it ideal for people with minimal design experience. NUMcad is suitable for both design origination and design modification.

The cartridge is manufactured as a single piece so everything within it is perfectly aligned and optimized. As a result, the Hypertherm cartridge for Powermax systems will last up to twice as long and deliver cleaner cuts versus traditional consumables. The cartridge can even track data, like starts and arc-on time, to identify trends and make a user’s operation more efficient. 

Drawing on its deep materials science expertise, Kennametal developed KAR85-AM-K to provide corrosion and wear resistant properties analogous to its conventional counterpart grade, CN13S. Combined with Kennametal’s binder jet additive manufacturing capabilities, KAR85-AM-K results in fully densified, corrosion resistant components that meet or exceed the properties of conventionally manufactured carbide components.
