Walter's T2710 indexable thread milling cutter can be used universally in steels, stainless steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, high-temperature alloys, and hardened steels up to 55 HRC. It machines threads with nominal diameter from 0.79 in. (20 mm), and pitch range of 1.5 - 6 mm/18-6 TPI up to 1.5 x Dn thread depth. The tool is supplied with a Weldon shank for rigid and secure clamping.

For applications requiring XYZ motion, a motorized vertical linear module can be added at the factory - voice coil motors, linear motors, and screw drive linear modules are available, all with counterbalance or break option. Customizations, such as stage base materials (granite, aluminum, etc), a steel base, or isolators as well as mounting platforms for vision systems, laser heads, galvos or dispensers, etc., are also available.

The "lightest" machine in the FZP line is the new FZP32 with a working range of up to X = 10, Y = 4 and Z = 2.5 meters (393” x 157” x 98”). With the release of a new offset CT reconstruction algorithm in the latest version of the manufacturer’s Inspect-X software, not only can larger components be scanned but it can also be performed at higher geometric magnification. The ToolConnect barcode application uses a barcode scanner at the machine tool to scan the presetter generated barcode. ToolConnect reads and processes the barcode data, displays all tool and process information and then automatically updates the offsets to the correct fields in the control. No operator data entry is required.

The ZeroClamp Zerolox  Zero Point Automation console is the only Zero Point product like it on the market today. It is superior both in repeatability and clamping force to single Zero Point workholding units having only 1 clamping stud with an orientation pin or slot. In addition to manual mechanical plate Zero Point clamping systems using 4 V-notched studs on a 52/96 mm spacing which requires clearance in multiple geometric planes.

Norton Quantum Prime Wheels have several important advantages including a new micro-fracturing grain that has unparalleled sharpness and cutting efficiency which reduces power draw and cycle times, while increasing material removal rates. EXAIR's No Drip Siphon Fed Atomizing Nozzles are available in round and flat fan liquid patterns. The volume of liquid flow depends on either the gravity or suction height coupled with air pressure. All of EXAIR’s spray nozzles, which include nozzles for pressure fed applications, are composed of 303 stainless steel adding durability and corrosion resistance.  They are available with 1/8, 1/4 or 1/2 NPT inlets with a variety of styles, flow rates and liquid patterns. Mounting brackets are also available for easy installation in specific areas on product lines. They are CE compliant and conflict mineral free.

This innovative insert seating substantially eliminates the tendency for vibrations, increasing insert life as well as tool holder life. The design also prevents incorrect engagement, especially for narrow insert widths, and enables an extremely high indexing accuracy. Elevated protective edge is an inbuilt feature of these DX18 carbide inserts that protects the clamping finger of the tool holder from chip-wash and acts as an additional chip breaker; further enhancing tool life and process reliability.

ISO-EcoTurn inserts, while downsized for tool economy, incorporate the identical chipbreaker geometry and thickness of regular sized inserts to maintain the same cutting performance at a depth of cut up to 3.0 mm (0.12"). This expansion provides more cost efficient solutions in steel turning applications. 

The TS 750 operates with high-precision pressure sensors, with force analysis for generating the trigger pulse. The forces that arise during probing are processed electronically. This method delivers extremely homogeneous, 360° probing accuracy.  It offers high probing speed of up to1 m/min and does not require a minimum speed.

A thick titanium-rich PVD coating with excellent thermal stability has been developed specifically for AH62225. This coating effectively prevents crater wear from developing on the insert rake surface. The grade’s top layer incorporates the latest titanium-rich nano-multilayer structure; its high-density crystal orientation enhances the grade’s hardness for superior wear resistance. 

The innovative roughing geometry results in smaller chips and low cutting forces, and a reinforced corner chamfer promotes additional strength for longer tool life. Designed for semi-finish profile and center cutting, the multi-flute design is constructed of ultra-fine carbide grade CR3 for high cutting edge stability and wear resistance. The tools also feature a new generation of PVD coating for High Performance Cutting (HPC) applications.
