BIG KAISER introduces the Mega Perfect Grip from BIG Daishowa, a simple to handle, heavy-duty milling chuck for heat-resistant superalloys (HRSA) that eliminates endmill pullout under heavy torque loads. For manufacturers using milling chucks, pullout is a major issue, particularly when machining HRSAs, such as titanium or Inconel.

Rugged enough for use with virtually all materials, Carmex’s new Mini Chamfer tools are the ideal solution for

Saint-Gobain Abrasives has introduced Norton QUANTUM3 (NQ3) depressed-center grinding wheels. Featuring a proprietary grain along with a tough bond system that contains a unique combination of fillers and bonding agents that reportedly allow for much better mix quality in manufacturing, NQ3 provides substantially faster grinding for more metal removal and longer wheel life, with less operator fatigue, to significantly increase grinding output. Test results conducted with NQ3 and competitive wheels revealed that NQ3 removed almost twice the amount of carbon steel at five minute intervals.

Addressing the need for a fast, precise and affordable CNC for complex machining applications, Mitsubishi Electric Automation Inc. offers the M800 and M80 series CNC and components. The M800 is a high-grade CNC for high-speed, high-accuracy machining and multiaxis, multipart system control and features a fast CNC, while the M80 provides high productivity and easy operability.

The new TRAUB TNL32-11 sliding/fixed headstock automatic lathe has a headstock moving in the Z-axis, an upper and identical lower turret with X, Y, and Z-axes, and a counter spindle movable in the X and Z directions.
