A circular gas strut bracket enables installation in space-restricted areas, making them ideal for use in applications including automotive, industrial machinery, trunks, toolboxes, and furniture. Designed to suit 10 mm angle joint balls and 4 mm screws, countersunk screw holes remove the potential of catching fingers or material. Protrusion-free screw installation also makes them an ideal aesthetic choice for use in locations such as kitchens. The bracket is supplied in zinc-plated steel, giving durability and resistance to corrosion.

Utilizing ANCA’s machine platforms with a robot cell, blanket grinding offers flexibility across a range of tool sizes and applications. Blanket grinding allows for full automation of tools of similar geometries, by consolidating all tool grinding processes into one single machine. A batch of complete finished tools can be produced without interruption directly from lengths of ground bar stock with no operator intervention.

These hoods are fully compatible with the existing range of "21.21" enclosures and they are particularly suitable for CQ series inserts with a high number of individual conductors. When installed with the sealing kit (CKR-65 or CKR-65D), they provide IP66/67/69 degrees of protection.

The extremely narrow PNOZ m C0 has the structural properties of a safety relay but is as powerful as a configurable safety controller. It provides eight safe inputs and four safe semiconductor outputs at a width of just 22.5 mm. Up to four safety functions can be reliably monitored. These include E-STOP, safety gates, safety light curtains and two-hand control. The BIG CAPTO C3 square holders for turning applications come in left and right orientation. The turning application holders—C3-180-BH16R-2058 and C3-180-BH16L-2058—are mono-block holders. Their insert clamps are tough and reliable, adding on to the already inherently high rigidity of mono-block holders. The resulting higher rigidity minimizes vibrations and movement during cutting, improving accuracy and efficiency.

The MOTIACT mechatronic gripper series is the ideal solution for performing precise, consistent, and accurately monitored gripping operations for moving parts, pallets, and chucks in and out of CNC machines and automated work cells. These first-in-class grippers are equipped with an incremental measuring system to guarantee adjusting gripping pressure, linear positioning, and speed control as standard features. All models feature a Profinet or I/O link interface to ensure seamless integration into existing systems.

With the synchro-use dual actuators, the two carriages move toward each other when the handle shaft is turned clockwise. The two carriages move away from each other when the handle shaft is turned counterclockwise. As with the standard linear actuators, they can be used with simple manual adjustments without complex processes of parts selection, design and assembly. The internal parts, as well, are protected from dust by an aluminum profile body and dustproof sheet.

The bevel gear box GN 3971 is available in seven sizes with housing lengths between 1.26 and 2.36 in (32 and 60 mm) and widths between 0.71 and 1.38 in (18 and 35 mm). The gear ratio between the gear box shafts is always 1. Thanks to small center distances, the worm gear reducer GN 3975 measures only 2.36 in (60 mm) on the sides and only 1.38 in (35 mm) in width. An internal hardened steel screw moves a worm gear made of special brass.

When compared to competing drills, the DC180 Supreme has a tool life that is about 50% longer. An additional benefit for the DC180 drill is universal application at the highest cutting speeds. The drill is suitable for high production volume applications with a large number of holes, such as in the automotive industry. Other areas of use include the aerospace and energy industries, mold and die making, and general mechanical engineering.

DX200 directly binds the diamond particles without using binder materials. Cera-Cut End Mills are designed for the consistent cutting of high-temperature resistant materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, and Nimonic as well as the machining of hardened tool steels. Cera-Cut is also suitable for making interrupted cuts, and offers a tight cutting diameter tolerance ranging from -0.0008" to -0.0016" (-20 to -40 microns), depending on the tool diameter.

The global manufacturer has added five variants of square shaped positive inserts for depths of cut up to 6.4 mm to its Pramet brand. The range is suitable for a variety of general engineering and maintenance and repair operations (MRO) machining, with several application-specific geometries and grades available for machining any workpiece material.

The EnDat 3 interface detects its absolute position, rather than just its position relative to a reference. This is a big advantage when a machine starts up, as it does not require any machine movement to establish its position – which can be extremely time-consuming for large machines. EnDat 3, therefore, enables faster startup, which means more throughput.

The combination finishing machine is really two machines in one because it can handle a multitude of jobs that include contour part finishing, flat stock finishing, polishing, grinding and deburring—virtually any finishing operation. Version 3.50 of edgeConnector Siemens, edgeConnector 804D and edgeConnector Modbus is now compatible with the 64-bit version of ARM (Advanced RISC Machines) processors. This extends the application possibilities to devices like Raspberry Pi, Cisco IR1101, Orange Pi 5 or RevPi Connect. 

The FHN Series method compensates for small offsets, including tilt, between the center axis of the tool and the pilot hole. By correcting the offset that occurs when attaching and detaching tools with the holder, it is now possible to achieve higher precision machining.

Across the general machining industry, customers are able to directly plumb in an external coolant line to the back of the sleeve using a standard ½ NPT or ½ BSP pipe fitting. This also gives users the option to adapt external high-pressure pumps directly to a turret station to maximize pressure and flow for long/deep holes.
