JVL Industri Elektronik A/S introduces a new compact and slim stepper motor. The new ServoStep integrated stepper motor series MIS171 to MIS176 have a NEMA 17 42x42 mm flange and include controller with six different industrial Ethernet protocols, absolute multiturn encoder, closed loop and M12 connectors. This new motor family is based on the latest microprocessor and cooling technology and an advancement compared to previous designs.

Omegasonics announced that it is offering ultrasonic cleaning machines that are completely customizable. The L.S. Starrett Co. has introduced its DFC and DFG series of digital handheld force gages. Depending on the series, advanced automatic testing can be attained with the DFC force gage controlling a Starrett FMM digital force tester, or basic testing can be performed using the DFG gage.

The V-738 XY translation stage is designed to meet high positioning accuracy demands, for applications such as industrial automation, laser processing and flat panel display test and manufacturing. The mechanical design is based on a three-piece arrangement for improved geometric performance. In the operation of vacuum furnaces the quench gas heat exchanger fins can become clogged with various debris and dirt that is very difficult to completely clean with standard pressure washing and other conventional methods. The clogged heat exchanger greatly impedes quench gas flow, resulting in reduced work cooling rates.
