A cell is typically composed of three machines. First, Precihole’s four-spindle gun drilling machine permits deep drilling of four barrels simultaneously. An open machine configuration facilitates robot access, minimizing operator involvement and supporting 24/7 operation. Depending on individual model configuration, the machine can drill IDs from 0.04" to 1.57" and barrel stock from 0.4" - 4.0" OD.

D-Greeze-500 LO is non-hazardous and non-HAP offering features and performance which greatly reduce energy and specialized equipment costs. While designed to be a slow evaporator, when quick drying is required it can be instantly blown off using blower generated  low pressure high velocity air through an air knife.

Building upon the redesigned V7 architecture, first introduced in 2018, Robotmaster uses integrated CAD/CAM functionality to make robotic programming easy and intuitive for everyone, even first-time users. The software is used by a wide range of industries to program robots for tasks that include surfacing, 3D milling, additive manufacturing, welding, painting, and more. 

The Walter MD838 Supreme (conical version) has an effective radius of 250-1000 mm, a corner radius of 0.5 - 4.0 mm and is available in diameters of 6-16 mm. Walter also offers a version of this tool with ConeFit exchangeable head. The MD839 Supreme (tangential version) has an effective radius of 100 mm, a corner radius of 1-4 mm and in diameters of 6-16 mm. The two circle segment milling cutters are available both in the WJ30RD grade, for steel or cast iron materials, as well as in WJ30RA for ISO M and S.

Operation has been greatly simplified and efficiency doubled, enhancing the system's suitability for a wide range of applications from the museum laboratory through academia to the R&D department and on to the factory floor. The new CAMWorks wire EDM module also includes enhanced feature recognition for non-planar geometry. Instead of the user needing to project the geometry for the top and bottom of the part and create 2D sketches, the new wire EDM software uses geometry directly from the solid model to construct and create the correct top and bottom profiles automatically.

SCANcube IV can be perfectly configured for the required application using different tuning and mirror variants. In combination with an RTC control board, optional read-back functions for system monitoring and diagnostics are now available. This means that the actual position, temperature and other status values can be queried reliably during operation.

The Chip Blower automates in-machine cleaning of coolant and chips by delivering high-volume air flow with spindle rotation. When not in use, the Chip Blower fits easily into any automatic tool change system for vertical, horizontal or multi-tasking machining centers. The Chip Blower can be used with automatic tool changers and programmed into a machining cycle, helping to improve machine utilization and increase productivity. The Chip Blower complements the solid construction, fixed blade ChipFan.

The innovative MG10 comes with built-in grip and sensors for part detection. For applications that involve handling sheet metal --such as machine tending tasks that require robots to lift sheet metal from a stack, place it into a press brake/press bending machine, and remove it when the machine has completed its work-- this functionality ensures smooth, consistent and safe operation. And if the robot loses power or has to make an e-stop while performing a task, these features ensure that there is no risk of dropping the part being handled. 

The Return to Load, a member of our Cell-U-Clean line of parts washers, is an excellent cabinet return to operator washer for parts up to 40 Lbs. where floor space comes at a premium. This low-cost spray washer was designed as a high-capacity solution with low energy usage.  The RTL platform comes standard as a wash blowoff unit but can be configured with an additional liquid stage when rinsing or a rust protection application is required.

The new user-friendly software is designed with an intuitive interface that allows anyone to use and configure new measurements on an Optoquick or Optoflash system, helping build even more efficiency into the process. All measurements are archived for retrieval by the smart search function.

The EZ-Puller is an auto-adjusting bar puller that enables automatic operation of CNC lathes. The auto adjust feature is driven by an "X" value in the pulling subroutine of a lathe program. This value represents the distance the tool needs to move in the X-axis according to the bar diameter being pulled. 

T Slot, magnetic (including a tall version) and Snap-in Parallels assist in the positioning of a workpiece on the RM rail, avoiding contact with the serrations through a raised datum surface. Choose from T-nut, magnetic mount or snap-in for even faster installation. Mechanical and magnetic Side Guides also assist in positioning the workpiece on the Multi-Rail. They are mounted either to the tapped holes in the side of the rail or via the strong magnet for a wide range adjustment and the ability to move rapidly from one location to another. Users can adjust each side guide for a specific product while keeping the guide ready for the next production batch.

The SFERAX Type H.L. features a 100 Chromium-6 steel housing, hardened to 63 HRC, ground (lapped for quality grade A), a brass ball tray, and precision 100 Chromium-6 steel balls. The SFERAX Type H.L. is approved for wide temperature use, -30° to +200°C (without seals). Its three external grooves make mounting easy.

In addition to speed, the new robots handle an increased number of workpieces/tools, are more compact and consume less energy. They also support the latest WALTER HELITRONIC Tool Studio and Robot Manager software that allows users to load multiple trays with various workpiece diameters for lights out unattended production.

The presses have four slot positions and feature a removeable machine steel anvil to provide accurate work support. For added versatility, punches or other tools may be added to the end of the ram by using a magnetic insert.  The ram is reversible. One end is solid and the other end has a hole and magnet to hold bits and pieces. A three-piece bit set and a removable steel anvil are standard on all presses. 

NEAT GREEN DP X510 also benefits from a high resistance to temperature and oxidation. It is particularly recommended for the machining of yellow metals, as its properties are maintained for a long time and it avoids staining and fading of the metals. This lubricant has shown great success in micromachining operations.
