The LPMA revolutionizes modular laser process automation and promotes innovative, globally competitive opportunities for small to midsize niche manufacturers in the United States and Europe. LPMA series contains all beam delivery functions necessary to support the efficient operation of the laser, with integrated power measurement, beam diagnostics (option), laser attenuation, purge system, and quick optic change mounts. The G550’s unique machine concept includes a horizontal spindle position that permits the longest possible Z-travel path and optimum chip fall. When importing assemblies only the assembly name needs to be specified, with JOC Lite automatically exploding it down to individual components.

Glebar pairs the wider work wheel with an oscillating regulating wheel powered by servo motors to reduce setup time and improve sphericity. The slides can be programmed to finite positions through a touchscreen HMI. When an operator selects a job, the servo motors automatically adjust to programmed positions which reduces setup time.

Glass fibers as light as feathers; the smallest SMD components or micro-mechanical parts; sensitive battery components; plastic films; paper and glass - all can be handled by the ADHESO gripper. Gripping of automotive or mechanical engineering components of a weight of 33 pounds and more is also possible. Automated separation of breathable components is also feasible. With the ADHESO gripper, solutions can be tailored to each customer’s individual needs, creating opportunities that are as diverse as the applications themselves.

The Cell-U-Clean Cell Jet is a wash and blow-off machine in a small footprint of 5 ft. wide x 8 ft. long x 9 ft. tall. The work envelope is 36” Diameter x 24” High and comes with a variable speed table drive.  The Cell-U-Clean Cell Jet is constructed of all stainless steel and comes with a robot loading option. The robot’s design includes a new arm structure, drive system and lighter main unit, which enables high speeds and a large working area. L-812 linear motion modules are available with travel ranges from 102mm to 610mm (4” to 24”) and easily configurable. Two linear modules can be combined to form XY-tables and with the availability of the brake, a vertical axis can be added for XYZ multi-axis motion and precision automation applications. A folded drive train further facilitates integration by reducing the overall length, installing the motor side-by side with the linear stage, instead of the more common inline construction.

Flexbar’s Visorguard-LED™ system is water and coolant proof and installs in minutes on CNC mills, conventional mills, drill presses and more.  The adjustable Flexbar® arm permits setting of the Visorguard shield at the correct height and angle for each setup, then locks rigid.  The special wing-shaped shield flips up to load a part and down for machining.  A special spring-loaded shaft allows the shield to stay put with no spring back.

These bags take the protection of basic VpCI®-126 Film to the next level by adding an extra barrier against moisture and oxygen for enhanced corrosion inhibition during long-term storage or harsh shipping conditions. The bags can be vacuum-packed and are ideal for automotive build-ahead programs, all-time-buys, or other long-term metal storage applications.

As quality-control processes at separate production facilities are typically disconnected, it can be challenging for global manufacturers to achieve accurate and detailed analyses of quality issues linked to specific components, suppliers, projects, and locations. Through a highly visual, web-based quality dashboard, the new solution enables quality professionals to intuitively analyse aggregate data at a glance from any web browser and rapidly identify cases that require urgent intervention. 

Most importantly, they are punching square, rectangular and round openings not only in control cabinet doors and housings, but also in mounting plates, terminal boxes, cable ducts or cable routing plates. The three variants AP 600, AP 400 and AP 250 are suitable for processing switch cabinets or switch cabinet doors with a throat depth up to 600 mm, 400 mm, or 250 mm. Depending on the model, the punches can be used on sheet steel with a thickness between 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm. Stainless steel can be processed up to a thickness of 2.0 mm. In addition, the machines from the AP line are punching plastic up to a thickness of 4.0 mm.

Ideal for CNC lathe applications, BP’s large through hole provides tremendous flexibility for virtually any application where a standard chuck is used including: O.D. and I.D. clamping, bar stock clamping and shaft clamping. Easily convert BP to a collet chuck using collet pads for small diameter parts.

While retaining its user-friendliness, the latest version of Inspekto’s flagship edge device offers new and improved characteristics. The first is the possibility to deploy the system in an even higher number of use cases. As opposed to traditional machine vision solutions, built as a project from multiple components and set to inspect only a specific use case, AMV systems are universal, they include both the required hardware and software, and can inspect a wide variety of parts and use cases. This revolutionary feature has been further extended by the possibility to reliably inspect highly reflective parts, such as metals and plastics. 

The PS90xx buffer modules prevent disturbances caused by voltage dips and fluctuations in the electrical grid or by peak loads, so that the power supply units and connected loads can operate reliably and without failure. The PS94xx redundancy modules create a redundant fail-safe supply network. In such a system, two or more power supply units are connected in parallel and decoupled by one or more redundancy modules.

VpCI-148 Paper also presents positive environmental aspects and a worker friendly profile. As paper, it is sourced from renewable materials, whereas common VCI plastics are sourced from fossil fuels. Furthermore, it uses a water-based coating for grease resistance, rather than the wax or poly coatings typically used for barrier papers. VpCI-148 Paper is non-hazardous and free of fluorochemicals, nitrites, phosphates, silicones, chromates, and other heavy metals.

The MC377 Advance, with protective chamfer, corner radii, and center cutting edge, can be used for chrome-nickel and steel materials, as well as titanium. The MD377 Supreme is a solid carbide milling cutter with a corner radius and central internal coolant engineered for titanium machining.

Users can now define a fixed contact point on the tool that enables the cone and cylinder to be used for deburring. This makes deburring an attractive option for chamfering because the cone and cylinder leave no imprint of the tool’s profile. To ensure a uniform chamfer, the tool is not tilted. Instead, to avoid collisions, the toolpath is automatically trimmed in the affected areas.
