ProShop SAFE is a managed encrypted file store (end to end, and at rest) that securely and seamlessly translates into the browser experience. User-definable File Access Security Groups (FASG) within the User Module of ProShop enable security administrators to define permissions of all folders and files within the file store, and provide read/write/execute, or forbid access, to any configuration of approved folders, subfolders, and files.

SIGMA LS offers processing solutions for a broad range of femtosecond laser micromachining applications requiring optimal quality, minimal thermal effects, and high stability and dimensional accuracy, including hole drilling in stainless steel cannula; selective polymer ablation on metal; hole drilling in ceramic microfluidics; and texturing metals, polymers, ceramics. Century has an 89,900 sq. ft. facility with 40-ton cranes and 15 high performance machine tools for drilling, milling, 3D roughing, semi finishing and finishing of both steel and aluminum, enabling it to achieve complex geometries and exacting tolerances. The company can produce structures in excess of 100,000 lbs. and sizes of up to 343” long by 100” deep by 120” tall.

The compact Kurt RV24 Gripper comes standard with integrated electronics featuring sensors that ensure fingers and parts are in place and ready for production. High-strength aluminum alloy keeps gripper weight to a minimum while a hard-coat finish reduces wear and increases life in the field. New gripper size allows for smaller part handling, lighter minimum clamping force and easier storage where space is a premium. The RV24 is designed to work with a range of robotic applications and can perform well on cobots or smaller robots.

The modular XTS solution has been expanded with NCT to include a special motor module as well as electronics that mount on the movers. The hardware required for the transmission technology is fully integrated into the motor module, so the system does not sacrifice any existing functionality or expand equipment footprint. No additional connections or supply lines are needed. The control of the hardware on the mover is fully implemented in standard TwinCAT software. All known TwinCAT functionalities are available for simple project implementation.

The PCBA was developed to allow ACU-RITE controls users to define and order a TNC 320 for small machine tool applications (i.e., VMC with tool changer) as a simple upgrade. Robotmaster 2023 bridges the gap between CAD/CAM and robotics by enabling seamless integration between a user’s chosen CAD/CAM software and Robotmaster. This automatic integration eliminates the need to import and sync data for a 75 percent reduction in programming time. It also eliminates the programming errors that can happen when using a manual process.

As the latest addition to the Hygienic Design product family, JW Winco now offers the spacers GN 6226. These standard parts easily avoid duplicate mounting surfaces, which are problematic and time-consuming in terms of cleaning and sealing. The HD product range, therefore, continues to grow, with new parts joining the existing range of knobs, U-handles, hand levers, indexing plungers, latches, cover sleeves, leveling feet and screws.

Delta3 Inline can be used with a variety of dust collectors on the market, including RoboVent’s new flagship dust collector, Senturion. It can be placed at the inlet of the dust collector (or other types of equipment) or inline with ductwork for the dust collection, ventilation or HVAC system.
