Solvent-free, Compu-Lube is a super low friction, low wear, low viscosity lubricant that uses very small PTFE particles to get between the finest working surfaces. A new type of flute design reliably evacuates chips, even with the tinniest drills. This capability ensures that hole depths up to 30 × Dc can be easily achieved with the DB133 Supreme micro drill with its 140° point angle. The DB131 Supreme micro pilot drill features a 150° point angle. Emulsion, oil or minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) can all be used as a coolant with these drills. The DB133 drills without internal coolant are available in a diameter range from 0.020-0.116 in. (0.5-2.95 mm).
The 150 watt laser expands the available CO2 laser source options for the ULTRA X6000 from 10 to 75 watts to 10 to 150 watts. A maximum of 300 watts of 10.6 µm CO2 laser power can be achieved when the ULTRA X6000 is configured with two 150 watt 10.6 µm CO2 lasers. Higher power enables thicker material cutting in one pass, cleaner results, and faster laser processing with many materials. Additionally, up to 50 watts of 1.06 µm Fiber laser power is available.
With CenterMaster, the user simply clamps a radio dial gauge into the workspace and sets it to the quill. The gauge and machine wirelessly communicate, automatically adjusting the holder along the X axis. The system then guides the operator through adjusting the Y axis via the machine’s touchscreen display.

The new feature uses a selected reference geometry and searches for the same reference in all other models regardless of its spatial orientation, creating a general transformation pattern including associated frames. As it is automated, reconstruction by Dual.Material CT is highly repeatable from component to component and does not require advanced knowledge of scanning techniques when inspecting assemblies comprising two materials of different densities. Endmills tipped with CBN, which is the second hardest material after diamond, are offered in sizes ranging from 6mm down to 0.1mm in diameter, with various configurations, from sharp corner, radius corner, ball, standard neck length and extended neck length. TOWA offers their CBN endmills in multi-flute configurations. By maintaining the same feed per flute, and increasing the number of flutes, cutting time is reduced, while profitability is increased. Toyoda's FH5000S HMCs with 60-tool ATC capacity are designed for speed and production reliability, featuring a 15,000 RPM, 50 HP (37 kW), 303 Nm (223 ft-lbs.) high acceleration spindle. The 40-taper spindle is designed with four ceramic bearings at the front of the spindle for increased rigidity and reduced vibration.
