Century has an 89,900 sq. ft. facility with 40-ton cranes and 15 high performance machine tools for drilling, milling, 3D roughing, semi finishing and finishing of both steel and aluminum, enabling it to achieve complex geometries and exacting tolerances. The company can produce structures in excess of 100,000 lbs. and sizes of up to 343” long by 100” deep by 120” tall.

D:PLOY demonstrates how the entire application, including any leading cobot or light industrial robot arm along with tooling, sensors, and other devices, is accessed and managed from D:PLOY’s dashboard. Users simply define the robot’s workspace with minimal inputs on points within the workspace, and enter attributes of the workpiece. D:PLOY automatically generates all the program logic, signal exchange, event handling, path planning, and real-time monitoring for the full application.

The compact Kurt RV24 Gripper comes standard with integrated electronics featuring sensors that ensure fingers and parts are in place and ready for production. High-strength aluminum alloy keeps gripper weight to a minimum while a hard-coat finish reduces wear and increases life in the field. The modular XTS solution has been expanded with NCT to include a special motor module as well as electronics that mount on the movers. The hardware required for the transmission technology is fully integrated into the motor module, so the system does not sacrifice any existing functionality or expand equipment footprint. No additional connections or supply lines are needed. The control of the hardware on the mover is fully implemented in standard TwinCAT software. All known TwinCAT functionalities are available for simple project implementation.

The MD173 Supreme is a roughing cutter designed specifically for dynamic milling and for reducing machining time. The unique PVD coating that is standard on all Greenleaf-360 end mills provides added productivity and performance. The PCBA was developed to allow ACU-RITE controls users to define and order a TNC 320 for small machine tool applications (i.e., VMC with tool changer) as a simple upgrade. Delta3 Inline can be used with a variety of dust collectors on the market, including RoboVent’s new flagship dust collector, Senturion. It can be placed at the inlet of the dust collector (or other types of equipment) or inline with ductwork for the dust collection, ventilation or HVAC system.

The MIXO right-angled high-current rectangular connector modules (CX-01YA) are designed to minimize space installation requirements with a compact 90° connection that removes bending of large diameter wires (up to 70mm2) and ensures reliable 200A rating performance. The main feature of this new module is the special insulating cover plate that can not only prevent accidental contact between cable lugs on adjacent modules but also save the nominal voltage rating of 1000V planned for the 200A modules while connecting the DIN 46235 pre-insulated crimp cable lugs.

Users of optical comparators and measuring microscopes and more will find this of particular interest as it meets the need for basic 2D metrology functions. The Q functions as an entry-level readout, providing the user with geometric feature construction, basic part view detail and data output via USB-C connection.  This enables users to quickly gather the needed points, construct desired features, and export them easily over a modern interface.

The Safety Station is equipped with a pull rod activated shower and push handle eye/face wash for quick rinsing of eyes, face and body. Towels and first aid supplies can be stored in the cabinet below. Unit available in 24”, 30” or 36” wide X 24” deep and 84” high. These S Series caps are available with a plain top, and many of the sizes are also available with a knurled top-collar, which makes them easy-to-grip and remove.  In addition, the caps are also available in both LDPE plastic and flexible TPE.

SpeedTaps are meant to be driven by an impact gun along with an impact socket, for through-hole applications allowing the user to quickly move the tap through the material as the impact gun does its work. The taps are designed with an aggressive starting pitch to catch and start cutting faster than traditional taps.

With practical touch control panels, the new digital comparators offer maximum measuring reliability even in harsh workshop environments. A light tap on the touchscreen is sufficient to safely operate the digital comparators with most commercially available gloves. This eliminates the possibility of measurement errors by accidental adjustment or deformation of the comparator. The full-surface glass display also offers protection against liquids and dirt, which cannot penetrate the sealed housing.
