The carabiner and lanyard kit removes the potential of dropping items in areas with an increased safety risk, or above environments where retrieval would be time consuming, difficult or impossible. The kit is intended for applications involving working at height or environments such as marine. The carabiner and lanyard kit can also be used to remove the risk of an operator becoming separated from machinery, such as connecting a pilot of a boat or jet ski to a kill switch.

DX8, DX6 and DX4 vises were designed using Finite Element Analysis—providing 30% less horizontal push-back deflection than previous DX models. Less vise-body deflection translates to more stability and a lifetime of dimensional precision—setting a new standard in precision flatness, parallelism and repeatability. The DX8 CrossOver® vise features the same bed height and keyway to the stationary jaw face as the D810. The Oil Skimmer squeezes oil between rollers, a method of stripping the oil from the belt that does not require scraping. This skimmer is designed for use on large machine tools with tanks deeper than two feet. The Oil Skimmer Jr. is designed for machine tools with shallow tanks. 

For manufacturers who produce different components on the same line, and therefore need to regularly change grippers, this system is highly beneficial. The extremely compact machine bed of the travelling column machining centres is a heat-treated, welded steel structure that provides a torsion-resistant and stable base for all components and machining operations. The Xtra·Tec XT M5468 provides protection against twisting and cutting-edge rotation due to the eight facets on its indexable inserts. This oversized milling cutter, which handles machining operations on deep shoulders, is easily adaptable to various machining operations due to its variety of indexable insert sizes and geometries. Its user interface mimics that of many popular CAD packages and is highly intuitive, making it ideal for people with minimal design experience. With Mastercam 2022, you can now define reusable holder assemblies. Create collections of adapters, extensions, and holders, and store them as an assembly. You can save time and avoid errors by creating reusable assemblies of modular components. These assemblies can be stored in a library and used for the creation of full 3D Lathe Tool assemblies.

The marking head is suitable to mark several materials up to a hardness of 63 HRC. The marking force of the solenoid which was especially developed for marking purposes can be adjusted individually to the material and the needed marking depth (marking force 1 to 30). With this, a precise marking of nearly all materials is guaranteed.

MERLIC 5 contains new and optimized features that further increase usability, robustness, and the field of possible applications. Among these features is included the improved camera handling using the Image Source Manager (ISM), which completely separates the image acquisition source from the image processing part. As a result, machine vision applications can be easily copied and run between different systems without adjusting the camera settings. The graphical user interface allows the image sources to be comfortably managed and configured.
