An intuitive visual-based teaching environment, Epson RC+ Express offers fast, efficient programming of Epson SCARA robots for users with little-to-no programming experience, enabling manufacturers to quickly and easily develop robotic programs to overcome cost and time barriers associated with running industrial robots.

As a Pump-Per-Point system, the EVO-P features individual hydraulic pumps for each lifting point. This reduces distance from pump to cylinder, minimizing hose lengths and risk of leaks. The hydraulic pumps are two-stage, which are ideal for fast retraction and repetitive operations.

Using the method and software, manufacturers can fully optimize their thread turning operations. DeepTri-Drill now offers wear-resistant AH9130 insert grade for its LOGT and TOHT inserts. AH9130 is the latest PVD technology specifically engineered for hole making applications. The grade consists of the latest PVD coating layer optimized for hole making applications combined with a dedicated carbide substrate and demonstrates superior wear resistance during deep drilling of steel, stainless steel, and cast iron, providing long and stable tool life.

One highlight of HALCON 21.11 is the addition of instance segmentation technology to the range of deep learning functions. This technology combines the benefits of semantic segmentation with those of object detection and enables the pixel-precise assignment of objects to different classes. It is particularly useful in applications where objects are very close together, touch each other, or overlap. This is the case, for example, when gripping randomly arranged objects from bins ("random bin picking") and when identifying and measuring naturally grown structures, such as organic material.

The thermal stability is exceptionally high due to an innovative machine design and a rigid 5‐axis configuration. Field tests have demonstrated an unusually high Cpk process capability. This is of particular importance when grinding short‐run custom tooling where accuracy and “first‐tool‐good” are critical. 

Operating at the optimum temperature range of 200° – 210°F as the original Tru Temp XL, TRU TEMP 2nd GEN makes it easy to use in-house and operator friendly. The chemistry is easy to manage and contains no EPA regulated metals, so rinse waters are generally sewerable by neutralizing the pH with a typical discharge range of pH 7-11. Additionally, reaching this pH range takes only 20% of the acid than other processes. Since TRU TEMP 2nd GEN requires no effluent treatment, the initial capital investment is only about half of other blackening finishes. 

The machine’s repeatability and top quality result from a pure atmosphere during printing, a consistently low-oxygen environment with fewer than 25 parts per million. This solution ensures excellent microstructures, very high material density and stable mechanical properties.

The gear drive transmission delivers full power at any speed, driving the cutting tools at nearly 100% of the available motor horsepower. Helical ground gears ensure positive, quite operation and make speed changes fast and easy. The wide speed range makes this the ideal drill for drilling large to small diameter holes fast and easy. 

The SCHUNK ROTA-M flex 2+2 clamping is done in a self-locking manner, and the clamping condition is signaled via indicating pins. The standard chuck sizes 260 to 1200 achieve jaw strokes from 9.5 mm to 17.8 mm and high clamping forces from 100 kN to 180 kN. As of size 800, users benefit from the weight-reduced design. The chuck face is equipped with grooves, and fixed stops allow the chuck to also be used as a vise. Moreover, the large sizes are designed for use on vertical lathes.
