Made4CNC’s first official product, the Safedoor SD100 removes the barriers to the automation of component feeding at machine shops. Safedoor SD100 opens CNC doors that are up to 1 meter wide and weigh 400 kg, at a speed of 500 mm/s. The door opener can connect to any robot and CNC machine make via galvanic insulated digital inputs and outputs.

LHInspect offers a unique range of functions and will be used in conjunction with the WGT series of machines for inspecting all types of gears, gear cutting tools and shaft-type workpieces, including size and position determination. LHInspect also supports the manufacturer-neutral GDE interface for exchanging geometrical and measurement data between gear inspection machines and gear cutting machines as the basis for automated correction of setting data (LHOpenConnect).

Flex Locator System consists of tapered pins and receiving bushings. In combination, these parts are designed to be mounted on fixture bases and plates to allow for highly accurate locating and positioning with repeatability of 0.01 mm. Fastener-receptacle pairs replace nut-and-bolt assembly so that operators swap out fixture plates and other automation components without the use of tools and with excellent repeatability.

The TC430 Supreme thread former, specialized for ISO P materials, is for blind-hole and through-hole threads up to 3.5 x DN. This HSS-E-PM thread former with AlCrN or TiN coating is available for both metric and metric fine threads. Grade designations are WW60AD andWW60EL.

The Adaptix Soft Jaw uses adjustable fingers and interchangeable tips to grip a wide variety of parts or workpieces during the computer numerical control (CNC) machining process. It was specially engineered to be a one-size-fits-all alternative to standard, single-application aluminum soft jaws.

The Millimar C 1202 is user configurable with the use of Mahr’s N 1700 series amplifier modules. Modules are available for LVDT inputs in both standard and high-resolution capabilities; pneumatic inputs for air tooling; and input modules for digital encoders. The Millimar C 1202 will allow for up to two inputs and provides the capability of displaying up to three measurement results.

The G750’s unique machine concept includes a horizontal spindle position that permits the longest possible Z-travel path and optimum chip fall. The arrangement of the three linear axes offers maximum stability by minimizing the distance between the guides and the machining point (TCP).
