Two of the three new vises are engineered to use with Jergens Quick-Loc™ pallet system and include industry standard patterns 52mm and 96mm. The Millimar C 1202 is user configurable with the use of Mahr’s N 1700 series amplifier modules. Modules are available for LVDT inputs in both standard and high-resolution capabilities; pneumatic inputs for air tooling; and input modules for digital encoders. The Millimar C 1202 will allow for up to two inputs and provides the capability of displaying up to three measurement results.

The G750’s unique machine concept includes a horizontal spindle position that permits the longest possible Z-travel path and optimum chip fall. Eriez now offers CP-20 and TP-25 Suspended Permanent Magnets as part of the company’s Quick Ship program. Models in the line are available in both self-cleaning and manual cleaning designs. Manual clean magnets include a drawer type stripper plate and cable sling suspension. The machine places 128 spindles precisely and very close to center.
